Agencies: repeatable infrastructure across clients.
A scenario for software houses and integrators expanding their operational capacity.
Business context
Each client adds applications, providers and access arrangements. Without a shared baseline, changes become hard to review and incidents depend on whoever remembers a server’s configuration.
Risks we assess
Shared credentials, cross-client data mixing, unversioned configuration, backups without owners and support contracts lacking working hours or escalation criteria.
Intervention plan
Define a Linux, TLS, backup and monitoring baseline adaptable to each client. Separate access and environments. Version configuration and document onboarding, changes and offboarding. Agree white-label delivery, client-facing ownership and authorization for risky actions.
Deliverables
Environment template and onboarding checklist; per-client access matrix; inventory and change log; runbooks; proposed responsibility and support model.
How we validate
Onboard a pilot environment and verify another engineer can maintain it from the documentation. Test restoration, access revocation and escalation. Operational savings are measured during the pilot; this scenario does not claim nonexistent savings or clients.
